What brought you to Humber and your program of study?

The Film and TV post-graduate programs and certificates had rave reviews. People in the broadcast space I admired and looked up to attended Humber.

What was your favourite Humber memory or experience?

All the state-of-the-art labs at the time always made me feel like the dream was achievable. Same with the professors who had experience and made wonderful lives pursuing careers in film and TV, which added confidence to the journey.

What was Humber's greatest impact on your personal and professional life?

The technical knowledge I acquired at Humber serves me to this day. It helped me rise above film students who only had theory classes from other schools.

What are you up to now?

I’m a multi-Emmy-nominated and Cannes Lion-winning director and executive producer. I’ve run some of the most significant global projects and franchises for Amazon, Netflix, and many more.

The friends I made at Humber remain close to me. The professors helped me pitch TV shows when I started and mentored me years after I left. Humber will forever be in my heart, and I’m incredibly grateful I got to learn at such a great institution.
